HUMAIN
Building a Home for Intelligence
Opportunity
Launched in 2025 with the ambition of building artificial intelligence across the full stack, from data centres and compute to models, platforms and applications, HUMAIN set out to establish Saudi Arabia as a global force in AI. Yet until LEAP 2026, the brand had only ever existed on screens. As the company’s first presence in the physical world, the stand had to do more than showcase products. It needed to define how HUMAIN looked, moved and felt in space, while making a vast and largely invisible technology easy to understand. With partners, investors and decision-makers moving quickly through one of the world’s busiest technology events, the challenge was to translate the full breadth of HUMAIN’s offer into a single, coherent experience that was instantly recognisable from across the hall and rewarding to explore up close.
Solution
Ochre was appointed to design and build the stand from end to end, and to create the extended visual language and content that brought it to life. Working from HUMAIN’s core identity, we translated a brand built for screens into space, light and motion. The stand was conceived as a walk-through expression of the AI stack. Tall, slender lightbox partitions carrying HUMAIN’s signature gradient formed an open, permeable perimeter, their layered rhythm a nod to the full stack the company builds, while LED screens on every corner broadcast the brand through bespoke 3D animation. Visitors stepped inside over a floor graphic inviting them to step inside tomorrow and arrived at the Vault, a central hub enclosed by four mirrored walls with embedded screens, creating a sense of infinity beneath a suspended LED sphere that drew attention from across the hall. From there, four thematic zones opened up: The Mind, The Enterprise, The Imagination and The Future. Each offered hands-on product experiences, from AI agent booths and wearables to a transparent LED touchscreen, a kinetic wall and a motion-activated LED floor. A dedicated data centre zone completed the journey, where a projection-mapped masterplan model and AI-generated flythroughs revealed the scale of HUMAIN’s infrastructure ambitions. Alongside the build, we produced the full suite of digital content, from brand films to product videos, in English and Arabic.
Result
HUMAIN’s debut at LEAP 2026 gave the brand a physical presence as distinctive and confident as its ambition. The stand created a clear, memorable picture of a full-stack AI company, guiding visitors from the big picture to hands-on product experiences within a few steps. It also provided a strong platform for conversations with partners, government stakeholders and international delegates. The visual and motion language developed for the show has since extended across HUMAIN’s digital touchpoints, product films and animations, laying the foundation for how the brand shows up in the world, both on screen and off.

A brand made physical
HUMAIN’s core identity already existed, but only in two dimensions. Ochre’s role was to extend it into an environmental and motion language that could live in space and travel back to every screen the brand touches.
The gradient became the defining thread. Teal-to-lime fields ran across every surface, from the perimeter lightboxes to the vault screens and station graphics, ensuring the stand read unmistakably as HUMAIN from across the hall. The perimeter itself was a rhythm of tall, slender lightbox partitions, close enough to define the space yet open enough to keep it permeable and inviting. Stacked one after another, they offered a quiet nod to the full AI stack HUMAIN builds: many layers working as one system.

The Vault
At the heart of the stand sat the Vault, a central hub designed to connect the four zones and tell the bigger story. Finished in mirror to create a sense of infinity for anyone standing within it, the embedded screens carry a high-level narrative, from infrastructure and compute to HUMAIN’s partner ecosystem, so visitors grasped the whole before exploring the parts.

Motion as Storytelling
With moving image on almost every surface, motion became the brand’s voice within the space. For LEAP, Ochre developed a set of bespoke 3D animation styles, with prismatic shards and flowing gradient fields carrying HUMAIN’s colours into depth and movement. Building on this, we produced the full suite of digital content: brand films for the corner screens and sphere, product videos for every station, and a library of transitions that kept dozens of screens moving in harmony. It was a true exercise in using motion to tell a story.

Hands On with HUMAIN
For a brand stepping into the physical world for the first time, being seen wasn’t enough. HUMAIN needed to be experienced. Ochre made interaction the thread running through the whole stand, with activations and installations that let visitors explore the technology for themselves, from conversations with AI agents to a motion sensor LED floor that responded to every step. Each one made something abstract feel personal. People were invited to touch, test and play, and every conversation on the stand had a natural place to begin.

Humain Vibeathon
Alongside the main stand, Ochre created a second, smaller space for HUMAIN: the Vibeathon. The main stand told HUMAIN’s story; the Vibeathon put its tools in people’s hands. Designed as a collaborative space for vibe coding, it invited everyone from seasoned developers to the simply curious to build with HUMAIN’s products and learn how they work along the way. It also hosted a vibe coding competition, turning the space into a lively hub of ideas, teamwork and friendly rivalry.
